While I can't deny the contents of this image are very weird, that's not the issue I have with this image; this can be (and currently is) used to educate people about lolicon. The issue I have with it is its copyright status. While the photograph itself is in the public domain, no evidence exists to suggest that the illustrations shown are free media, nor do I believe they are, and from what I've learned from previous experiences, this image does not appear to fall under de minimis; if anything the sole focus of the image appears to be the illustrations. I would like to discuss this though which is why I'm nominating it for deletion, not speedy deletion; I will withdrawal if I get an answer that makes me satisfied that this file is suitable for Commons, but I doubt it is. Well worth considering. Maybe you got a point. I hope more experienced users can provide opinions here.
According to Commons:De minimis, "Copyrighted work X is identifiable and an unavoidable part of the subject, and is essential to the subject (e.g. removing it would make the file useless) but the work is shown in insufficient detail and/or with insufficient clarity, so de minimis may apply. (sample: File:Banners CIMG0256.jpg" Is it possible for this file to meet the guidelines? We are unable to obtain any original illustrations in the image through cropping.
